Terms and Conditions – Save My Bacon Winter Cash Promo – Commencing 12th June 2024 and ending Wednesday 31st July 2024

1. This Promotion commences on Wednesday 12th June and ends Wednesday 31st July (“Offer Period”).
2. The Offer is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over and excludes any employee of Save My Bacon (“SMB”) Ltd, their family members, and anyone else that is professionally connected with this Promotion.
3. The Offer is only open to customers who apply for a SMB Loan during the offer period between Wednesday 12th June 2024 and Wednesday 31st July 2024.
4. Only one (1) entry per Customer is permitted under the Save My Bacon Winter Cash Promo.
5. There is one (1) prize draw taking place on Thursday 1st August 2024. There will only be one (1) winner drawn from the $1000 cash prize draw. This promotion is only applicable to eligible customers that meet set criteria outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
6. The winner will be contacted directly to obtain prize delivery details. If you apply after Wednesday 31st July 2024, you will not be eligible for the Save My Bacon Winter Cash Promo.
7. The cash prize will be paid into the nominated New Zealand bank account provided by the winner.
8. The prize will be arranged with the winning customer via phone or email. The winner should allow up to seven (7) business days for receipt of their prize (from the date of notification). Save My Bacon is not responsible for the safe delivery of the prize; however, all due care and attention will be taken.
9. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
10. Save My Bacon reserves the right to suspend delivery of the prize pending an investigation into activities we deem suspicious, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of SMB.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time during the Promotional Period.
12. We respect your right to privacy and your right to view and update your personal information which we hold about you. We will only deal with your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Save My Bacon's Privacy Policy – https://www.savemybacon.co.nz/privacy-policy.
13. By entering this Promotion, the Customer will be deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions listed herein and agrees to be bound by them.
