Terms and Conditions – Save My Bacon Winter Blues Promo – Commencing Thursday 27th July and ending 12pm, Wednesday 21st August

1. This Promotion commences on Thursday 27th July 2022 and ends at 12pm, Wednesday 21st August 2022 (“Offer Period").
2. The Offer is only open to New Zealand residents aged 18 or over and excludes any employee of Save My Bacon (“SMB”) Ltd, their family members, and anyone else that is professionally connected with this Promotion.
3. There is one (1) individual prize draw with $1K to be won. The prize draw will take place on Wednesday 21st August 2022.
4. To be eligible for the prize draw you must meet the following criteria:  you must apply for a SMB $5K loan between Thursday 27th July 2022 and no later than 12pm, Wednesday 21st August 2022 . 
5. The winner will be announced via our Facebook and Instagram channels and contacted directly to obtain prize delivery details.
6. The prize will be arranged with the winning customer via phone or email. The winner should allow up to seven (7) business days for receipt of their prize (from the date of notification). Save My Bacon is not responsible for the safe delivery of the prize; however, all due care and attention will be taken.
7. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable.
8. Save My Bacon reserves the right to suspend delivery of the prize pending an investigation into activities we deem suspicious, fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of SMB.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time during the Promotional Period.
10. We respect your right to privacy and your right to view and update your personal information which we hold about you. We will only deal with your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 and Save My Bacon's Privacy Policy – https://www.savemybacon.co.nz/privacy-policy.
11. By entering this Promotion, the Customer will be deemed to have read and understood the Terms and Conditions listed herein and agrees to be bound by them.
