Steve's Meatloaf

500g lean beef mince

1 roll of sausage meat

Half cup worcester sauce

Half cup tomato sauce

Tin of chopped tomatoes (Italian flavoured if you have it)

One egg

One cup of breadcrumbs

One cup of frozen mixed vegetables

Quarter cup sunflower seeds

Meatloaf or similar tin/baking pan


Mix thoroughly in a bowl, begin with the mince, followed by the worcester and tomato sauce, the chopped tomatoes (drained), egg, sausage meat, breadcrumbs and mixed vegetables.

Spoon into the baking tin

Cover the loaf with a thin layer of tomato sauce, and worcester sauce, (mixed in a cup).

Sprinkle with sunflower seeds

Cook uncovered at 160deg c for 45 minutes
