Please click here for our internal complaints process. We will do our best to resolve your complaint as soon as possible but in any event we must do so within 20 working days. If we cannot do so within 20 working days we may extend the time, provided that we have a good reason to do so and inform you what it is. If we do not extend the time or if we cannot resolve your complaint within a total of 40 working days we must inform you of this.
